1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 77bar platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform. 77bar reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the 77bar Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 77bar, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 77bar or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion program.

77bar reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 77bar may result in suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration. To access real-money games on 77bar, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.

3.2 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 77bar Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If 77bar discovers that a player holds more than one account, 77bar reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses received, and withhold any winnings generated through the use of duplicate accounts.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 77bar will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify 77bar immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). 77bar is required by law to verify the identity of its players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. 77bar reserves the right to suspend accounts pending verification.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 77bar customer support. 77bar may also close or suspend your account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirements.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 77bar accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card. 77bar does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with Philippine regulations.

4.2 Deposits. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, subject to payment provider processing times.

4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. 77bar reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on the 77bar Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 77bar reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by 77bar are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion. These terms will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page and may include wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before any withdrawal can be made. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 77bar reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 Modification of Promotions. 77bar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable terms of those bonuses.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 77bar Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules displayed on screen and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, while these Terms shall govern all account, financial, and conduct matters.

6.2 Random Number Generators. All 77bar games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness. The results of all games are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by 77bar or any player.

6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical fault, 77bar reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the wagers placed on those rounds. 77bar shall not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the refund of the relevant wager amounts.

6.4 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77bar Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or interact with the Platform;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities — any such bugs must be reported to 77bar immediately;
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Providing false information during registration or verification.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming

77bar is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use these tools and to seek professional assistance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77bar Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of 77bar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 77bar.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77bar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

77bar's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 77bar account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77bar does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

77bar collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 77bar's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 77bar will endeavour to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Amendments & Severability

77bar reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
